General Agreement

The mmr40 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Players must ensure that accessing the platform complies with the laws of their local area.

These Terms apply to the mmr40 website, mobile app (if available) and all related services.

1.1 Language & Priority

These Terms are written in Burmese. In the event of any language discrepancy, the Burmese version shall be considered authoritative.

1.2 Services Covered by These Terms

Specific terms for bonuses, promotions and VIP programmes form part of these Terms of Service and must not conflict with them. In the event of a conflict, these Terms of Service take precedence.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

To play on the mmr40 platform, you must have a valid personal account. You must provide accurate personal information when registering. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of remaining funds.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may only open one account at mmr40 at any one time. mmr40 monitors for duplicate accounts and may block activity on them.

2.2 Account Security

Never share your password with anyone. The player is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account. If you suspect your account has been hacked, contact customer service immediately.

2.3 Age Requirement

Anyone accessing this platform must confirm at the time of registration that they are at least 21 years old. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, withdrawals will be blocked and the account will be suspended.

2.4 Verification

mmr40 may request a copy of a player's ID or proof of payment at any time. If the request is not fulfilled within 14 days, withdrawals may be restricted.

Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions at mmr40 are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). Supported payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

3.1 Minimum Deposit

• Minimum deposit — 5,000 Ks (on all methods)
• The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks (on all methods)
• Standard processing time — within 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Processing may take longer if verification is not yet complete.

3.3 Currency Conversion

mmr40 processes deposits and withdrawals directly through the supported payment methods without applying any internal exchange rate.

3.4 Non-Refundable Funds

Funds already placed in gameplay cannot be refunded. mmr40 states that these payment methods are a financial service and are not separate from gameplay.

3.5 Personal Declaration

You must confirm that all transactions on your player account are made using your own funds and that third-party transactions are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions offered by mmr40 are available subject to the stated terms and conditions. Please also read the specific terms that apply to each individual bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus (200% First Deposit)

Players who register and make their first deposit can receive a 200% bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

• Example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 40,000 Ks for a balance of 60,000 Ks, and the required wagering is 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
• Example — depositing 320,000 Ks gives a bonus of 300,000 Ks for a balance of 620,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. Please note that if you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

4.3 Games Eligible for Bonus Wagering

Bonus wagering is not calculated equally across all game types and may differ depending on the game. Please contact customer service to check the latest games eligible under the bonus terms.

4.4 One-Time Bonus

The welcome bonus is available once per player only. The bonus will not be granted to duplicate accounts opened with the same address, phone number, IP address, or payment method.

4.5 Right to Suspend Promotions

mmr40 reserves the right to suspend or modify any promotion without prior notice.

Fair Play

mmr40 prioritises a fair environment for all players. Random Number Generation (RNG) technology is used to ensure that game outcomes cannot be predetermined from outside.

5.1 VIP Players

mmr40 has 5 VIP tiers, ranging from Bronze to Diamond. Tier changes depend on the player's frequency and volume of play.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5.2 Loss Tolerance

Prohibited Conduct

If any of the following actions are found, mmr40 may immediately close the player's account and confiscate funds.

• Opening duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses
• Depositing with a third party's funds
• Exploiting welcome bonuses on both sides or using personal bonus abuse methods
• Engaging in money laundering activities
• Colluding with another player to pre-arrange outcomes (match-fixing)
• Accessing the platform through hacking or unauthorised technical means
• Selling or renting an account

6.1 mmr40's Actions

If any of the above violations are found, mmr40 may act without prior notice to the player and, where necessary, has the right to report to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure and Restrictions

7.1 Closure by the Player

Players may close their mmr40 account at any time by their own choice. Contact customer support to request closure. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure by mmr40

mmr40 reserves the right to immediately suspend a player's account for the following reasons—

• When a breach of these terms is found upon investigation
• When requested information cannot be provided
• When requested by the player themselves for their own protection

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Legal Restrictions and Liability Limitations

It is the player's own responsibility to check whether accessing the mmr40 platform complies with local laws. If a player accesses and plays from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited, the player alone bears responsibility for any consequences.

8.1 Service Limitations

mmr40's services are protected by fair practices and SSL encryption; however, as with any digital platform, we acknowledge that technical issues may occur.

8.2 Best Efforts

mmr40 strives to provide uninterrupted 24-hour service, but maintenance downtime may occur and will be announced in advance.

Changes to Terms
